IESB har gjort en lång intervju med Chris Weitz som ni hittar här. Där de pratar mycket om New Moon och om hur det var att jobba med filmen och the cast.
IESB: With the reception for New Moon being so overwhelming and favorable for the final outcome of the film, would you consider coming back to helm the last film, if that were to present itself, or have you moved on from the Twilight Saga?
Chris: I wouldn’t say it’s so much that I’ve moved on. It’s just a very daunting prospect for someone with a young family to imagine taking on what I think will probably be an 80-day shoot. It may have moved on from me. I think the best set-up for this series of films may be that there’s a new filmmaker for each one.

Tyvärr inte om hur det är med alla stills och trailern (inte länge till den 12 mars!) utan den här gången om en av ”The crew”. Men jag anser att det är lika viktigt att ta med dem för tänk er utan dem skulle vi inte ha filmer att kolla på! 
According to EW.com Summit Entertainment has fired the Editor currently working on Eclipse, and replaced them with the Editor from Twilight -
Summit Entertainment, the studio behind the uber-successful Twilight series, confirmed this morning that it has replaced Eclipse editor Art Jones with Nancy Richardson, the editor of Catherine Hardwicke’s original Twilight film. The studio is not placing blame on Jones, who previously worked with Eclipse director David Slade on his horror film 30 Days of Night as well as Slade’s Ellen Page-starrer Hard Candy. They do believe, however, that Slade’s material – which they call “very good” – needed a stronger edit. The studio has more confidence in Richardson, who they say understands the emotion of the characters and is an ace at balancing action with the other elements of the film.
Richardson recently completed Miley Cyrus’ upcoming romantic drama The Last Song. Eclipse is scheduled to debut on June 30.
“needed a stronger edit” Not sure how I feel about that statement! Either they think the material is crap, or it’s not what they expected (to risky, to scary, who knows!).

F-I.N-A-L-L-Y lite Eclipse nytt!!!
Howard Shore kommer att göra Score soundtracket till Eclipse. Han är exempelvis kompositören till score för Sagan Om Ringen-filmerna. MAFFIGT!

Howard Shore is on board to compose the original score for the third film in the Twilight series, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Temple Hill Entertainment today confirmed to MovieScore Magazine that the Lord of the Rings composer is going to write the music for the film, following in the footsteps of Carter Burwell (who scored the first film in 2008) and Alexandre Desplat (who wrote the music for the second, New Moon). Shore has begun work, spotting the movie, this week.

THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSEVancouver, BC — August 18, 2009 — Summit Entertainment announced today that it has commenced principal photography on THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE directed by David Slade (30 DAYS OF NIGHT, HARD CANDY) from a screenplay by Melissa Rosenberg.
